  This is a wonderful church! My family have been members for a while now and we love everything about it! Pastor Tynes is the best! They have so many different ministries within the church alone and they are really giving back to the community while spreading the love of Christ!

  We have a saying at New Mt Zion, "If you want to drink from the Fountain, then come to the Mountain."Our church has a friendly atmosphere, and you can make it even friendlier. We offer a FREE Wednesday night dinner at 5 pm weekly (FOOD 4 THE SOUL) with no obligations. It's our gift to you, your family, and the community.
  
  We offer you KIDS 4 CHRIST Ministry in order to give your children the best Bible teaching possible. Our church holds a children’s bible study in conjunction with the main service. This special time gives kids more opportunity for interaction and learning in a context and manner that may be better suited to their age and learning styles. Our friendly children’s school volunteers have an endless stream of creativity–ranging from puppet shows, to games, to object lessons.
  
  We offer you our MAN 2 MAN Ministry which is accountability among men which is an act of integrity. Man 2 Man is designed to protect, encourage, and develop men of all ages for the work of ministry. Our goal is to serve our church, and community. Create a partnership that starts with the local church, and then spreads throughout the community.
  
  Our mission statement says, "Having been led by the Holy Spirit we are striving for a church rooted in Christian education; community involvement, and a better tomorrow through winning souls for Christ; while waiting for the return of our Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ."
